Returns and Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your order!
If you’re unhappy or dissatisfied with your order you may return it within 30 days of your purchase date – refunds do not include shipping and some exceptions apply (see below). We do require that you pay to ship the item back to us or drop it off, any shipping fees paid on your original order are non-refundable. See below the exceptions:
- Products must be returned to us in their original condition and packaging including tags, instructions, and inserts.
- We cannot accept returns on products that have been customized (color, logo, dimensions, edging, etc.).
Please contact us to receive complete instructions on returning goods. Once we receive your return, please allow 1-2 weeks for processing.
We do not accept exchanges; however, you are more than welcome to return the item(s) and purchase the item you want in place of the original order.
